IRAM General terms and conditions

• Exchange or upgrade of jewellery is permitted only upon presentation of the original IRAM purchase invoice or a proof of purchase.

• Jewellery can be exchanged only once within a 14-day time period and must be in its original purchase condition.

• Verification and valuation of jewellery for upgrade, exchange, or refund could take up to 7 working days.

• If the jewellery has a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund is valid within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• In approved refund case within 14 days of purchase, any charges incurred by IRAM during transaction, including credit cards, will be deducted.

• In approved refund case after 14 days & within 1 year of purchase, 15% of invoiced amount of the jewellery item, will be deducted as a maximum.

• The IRAM Promise (for exchange & upgrade) does not apply to watches, loose stone, color stone or custom-made jewelry.

• Diamond Jewelry can be upgraded to Diamond jewelry only.

• IRAM Assurance offers a 6-month free repaid and maintenance services subject to on additional material required.
